By acting as a victim you start to keep score, a common response of a team member who keeps score is "I always have to load the paper in the copier, I am NOT going to do load the paper anymore, this place cannot run without me!" Once your team members slip into victim behavior production sinks.
Contractor accused of falsifying invoices
A Wyoming County contractor was arrested Monday on felony charges for allegedly falsifying more than $56,000 in invoices, State Inspector General Joseph Fisch said.
David Darling, 61, the owner of Pro Care Contracting of Wyoming, is accused of forging 22 lease agreements and five invoices to boost bills on emergency construction jobs at the Attica, Collins and Gowanda correctional facilities in Western New York, dating back to 2006.

Monday morning, Pontillo's restaurant in Batavia closed up shop temporarily for renovations. "It's all good," owner Sam Pontillo told Daily News reporter Joanne Beck. In that article, which appeared in the Tuesday edition of the Daily, Beck wrote that Pontillo "expects to re-open ... within a couple of weeks."
