The Finger Lakes Trail is a footpath for hikers which stretches 560 miles from the PA/NY border in Allegany State Park to the Long Path in the Catskill Forest Preserve, crossing beautiful and remote areas of the GLOW region, among others. Information for obtaining detailed maps is on the website.
