Please join the Relay for Life of Wyoming County's Community celebration in support of all who have been touched by cancer. Cancer survivors, care givers, friends, co-workers and families will gather to form teams of 8-15 people and embark relay-style for a 20-hour fundraising, awareness walk in a beautiful park.

Humanity in the Midst of War: Introduction to International Humanitarian Law will be taught by Jeremy Grace on Friday, April 4, at the Milne Library on the SUNY-Geneseo Campus, 1 College Circle, Geneseo, from 2:00PM to 5:30PM. The free course is being jointly sponsored by the SUNY-Geneseo Red Cross Club and the Northern Livingston County Chapter.

Batavia, NY -- The third annual New York State Agriculture Literacy Day has been scheduled for April 8, 2008.
Volunteers from around the county, many of whom are closely tied to the agriculture industry, will visit elementary school classrooms to read Sugarbush Spring by Marsha Wilson Chall. The books will then be donated to each school library courtesy of generous donations by Genesee County Farm Bureau, local agricultural businesses, and individual donors.
