The Perry Main Street Association(PMSA) will be holding its annual public meeting in the Masonic Temple on Main Street. The brief 75 minute meeting will serve as an informative seminar for both existing and prospective members of the organization.

Sandy Pirdy's Creekside Fabrics & Quilts of Arcade won the Wyoming County Chamber of Commerce's "Best Retail Business" award in 2007. Now she's bringing a sampling of her work and the products she carries to Burlingham Books. Her quilts are on display at the bookstore during the week.

Please join the Relay for Life of Wyoming County's Community celebration in support of all who have been touched by cancer. Cancer survivors, care givers, friends, co-workers and families will gather to form teams of 8-15 people and embark relay-style for a 20-hour fundraising, awareness walk in a beautiful park.

Batavia, NY -- The third annual New York State Agriculture Literacy Day has been scheduled for April 8, 2008.
Volunteers from around the county, many of whom are closely tied to the agriculture industry, will visit elementary school classrooms to read Sugarbush Spring by Marsha Wilson Chall. The books will then be donated to each school library courtesy of generous donations by Genesee County Farm Bureau, local agricultural businesses, and individual donors.
