End Of Summer Birds Field Trip

Ever wonder what birds are here after spring migration and before fall migration? Join “Iroquois Observations” on August 29 for a two hour field trip in the search for warblers and shorebirds, some of the more common birds at this time. The caravan, lead by knowledgeable guides leaves the Kanyoo Nature Trail on route 77 (Iroquois National Wildlife Refuge) at 9 am to travel to various locations on the refuge or nearby. Bring binoculars of you have them to get close up views of the birds discovered. This program is free and appropriate for adults and older children.

“Iroquois Observations” is a series of nature programs presented in partnership with the Buffalo Audubon Society. For information call 585-958-5445 or visit our website http://www.fws.gov/northeast/iroquois for a complete schedule of programs.
