Have you considered collecting art but are not sure where to go, what to ask, what your interests are, this series offers guidance from Western New York arts professionals and an amazing array of art.

Finding your own taste in art isn't easy, need not cost a fortune and it's easy to begin, this series is very "user friendly" meet artists, see their works, hear them speak, purchase if you wish.

For artists, learn about new opportunities, galleries will be seeking artists to show in their galleries, learn about international selling and exhibiting, explore the ways other artists have pursued their careers in art, explore a studio tour and learn new art material making skills.

This series of workshops is presented by a grant from the President's Initiative Awards at Genesee College in cooperation with GoArt and Pieces Gallery in Batavia.

Cost for each of the series is $20, individual tickets for the art materials session only is $10. GCC students are free.
